A Village Music Circle is a group of people having fun creating simple parts on a chorus of tuned drums, percussion and musical instruments to create a dynamic musical experience.

As a keynote motivational presenter, Arthur Hull is a nationally renowned master of group facilitation. He is recognized as the father of the community drum circle movement, and is one of the leading community drum facilitators in the world.

Through his Village Music Circles™, Arthur creates dynamic, fun-filled drum circle experiences which utilize extensive rhythmical and group facilitation techniques. He uses rhythm circles for spirit building among personal growth and religious groups, team building in major corporations throughout the world, to ease tensions between rival street gangs, as a synergizer in large world percussion festivals, and conferences, and to help build community in grass roots organizations.

Within the corporate environment, Arthur has facilitated interactive rhythmical team-building events for groups ranging in size from 20 to 6000. Many companies, including Lucent Technology, Walt Disney, Pac Bell, Cisco Systems, and Sun Microsystems, utilize Arthur's expertise in creating group synergy through the use of rhythm.

As a performing musician for over 4 decades, Arthur has studied and worked with many renowned percussionists including Babatunde Olatunji, Zakir Hussain, Hamza El Din, and Mickey Hart of the Grateful Dead.

Arthur has appeared on the covers of the Wall Street Journal and the Yoga Journal, and has facilitated opening drum circle celebrations and rhythmical alchemy playshops at the Association of Humanistic Psychology, Noetic Science, Neural Linguistic Programming, Association for Music Therapists, Yoga Journal, and many other alternative healing conferences.
