Mike Culver-Zebedis of Hungarian descent allows his gypsy spirit to flow through his Jalisco harp strings, creating passionate, delightful music from and for the heart.
Mike brings passion and artistry to traditional Mexican, Spanish and South American music, as well as contemporary selections. His repertoire covers the gamut from classic romantic ballads, calypsos, and rhumbas to fiery flamenco dance. He also intersperses a selection of contemporary artists' material (such as Santana, Michael Jackson, Sting, The Beach Boys, Shania Twain, Bryan Adams, The Beatles, and Jimmy Buffet.)
For the Bolero Brothers Duo, Mike adds in guitarist Jim Gonzales, second generation from Valencia, Spain. Jim lets his Spanish heart come through in his clean, distinctive flamenco guitar stylings. Together, the Bolero Brothers offer an entrancing combination of exquisite Mexican Jalisco harp and heavenly guitar.
With the addition of percussion, The Bolero Brothers can also be a trio.
