Paul MacKinlay

Paul has been playing for more than 20 years. 

He attended the Monterey Bay School of Piping and Drumming at Stevenson School in Pebble Beach.

Locally, Paul has performed for The Big Sur Half Marathon, The Pacific Grove Chamber of Commerce, and the Carmel British Car and Motorcycle Show.

He played in a Pipe Band for many years in the SF Bay Area and also has done some solo competitions at Highland Games in Pleasanton and Monterey. 

A traditional player, Paul has many popular tunes in his repertoire.
