Steven J. Shook spent years traveling between Los Angeles and the San Francisco Bay Area, playing guitar and writing songs for other artists.
Now back on the Central Coast, Shook is currently concentrating on writing his own music. In demand at many local venues, Steven has built a strong following.
While Steven's biggest influences come from his roots in country music, his fascination with pop and Top 40 has influenced his sound, blending country music with a soulful, West Coast vibe. Steven says, "I try to give everybody a little taste of everything - modern country, 90s country, Top 40, classic rock - it keeps things fun and exciting!
